Voting rights on the upswing

Most recently, Texas and North Carolina courts struck down voter restriction laws. The rulings underscore the near absence of any sort of voter fraud, which have underpinned conservatives’ claims, and highlight the racial and political motives behind efforts to restrict voting rights.
